To open an account at SS99, you must meet the following requirements. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in your account being closed at any time.

One Account Policy: Each individual may open only one SS99 account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

Providing Accurate Information: Providing your correct name, mobile number, and other details during registration is mandatory. False information will cause account verification to fail and may result in withheld payments.

Account Security: Keep your SS99 account password and login credentials completely confidential. Sharing account access with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify SS99 Support immediately.

All financial transactions at SS99 are handled securely and transparently. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

Deposit Cap: The minimum deposit at SS99 is BDT 200. Deposit limits may vary by payment method. Deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your account instantly.

Withdrawal Process: Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw funds from SS99. Withdrawals will only be sent to your registered payment account. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Currency & Conversion: All transactions at SS99 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Your account balance will always be displayed in BDT.

Transaction Verification: For large transactions, SS99 may initiate an additional verification process. This is done to prevent money laundering and to protect your security.

SS99 bonuses and promotional offers are granted subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

Wagering Requirements: Most SS99 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must place a specified amount in bets before withdrawing bonus funds. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated individually.

Bonus Validity Period: All SS99 bonuses have a fixed validity period. Any bonus not used before it expires will be automatically cancelled. Bonus validity is generally between 7 and 30 days.

Referral Bonus: To participate in SS99's referral program, the referred person must be a new member and must make a minimum deposit. If fraudulent referrals are detected, both accounts will be closed.

Deposit Limit: SS99 members can set their daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, while increasing a limit requires a 72-hour waiting period.

Self-Exclusion: Any member who feels that gaming is negatively impacting their life can request self-exclusion at any time. Exclusion periods range from 6 months to 5 years.

Cooling-Off Period: SS99 members can take a cooling-off period of 24 hours up to 30 days. During this time, deposits and gaming activity on the account will be suspended.

Reality Check: SS99 periodically reminds members how long they have been playing and how much they have spent.

SS99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

Prohibited Activities: Fraud, hacking, bot usage, collusion, or any form of dishonest activity is strictly prohibited on SS99. If such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed.

False Information: Providing false information at the time of registration or afterward will result in account closure, and your balance may be forfeited.

Multiple Accounts: If multiple accounts are found registered under the same person, all accounts will be closed.

Appeal Process: If an account is closed, the member may appeal to SS99 Support. SS99 will communicate its decision on the appeal within 7 business days.

Step Two: If your issue is not resolved via Live Chat, send a detailed complaint by email. SS99 will provide a written response within 48 hours and begin investigating the matter.

Step Three: If a dispute cannot be resolved between both parties, SS99 will arrange mediation through an international gaming dispute resolution body. This process is entirely impartial.

Game Result Disputes: If there is any question about a game result, SS99 reviews its logs and RNG data. All games are audited by certified third parties, ensuring fair outcomes.

SS99 is committed to delivering reliable service at all times. However, SS99's liability is limited in certain circumstances.

Technical Issues: If a game is interrupted due to connectivity issues, server downtime, or other technical reasons, SS99 will make every reasonable effort to compensate affected players. However, SS99 is not liable for issues caused by third parties.
